Responsible Growth in Marin (RGM) is a non-profit, all-volunteer, grassroots organization comprised of 1000+ residents and businesses in Marin County. We advocate for responsible growth that will enrich the community and promote a healthy, sustainable environment and quality of life for all.
The NorthGate VISION
To work with developers and the City to shape the future of North San Rafael. We continue to monitor the transformation of the Northgate Town Square into a mixed-use development, creating a vibrant Town Center for neighborhood residents and its businesses.
