Dear RGM Supporters,

RGM thanks all of our Supporters who stayed engaged, attended meetings, and wrote letters to help shape the future of Northgate over the past 5+ years. It’s been quite a journey and we applaud your tenacity and commitment.

We urgently ask that you attend this very important RGM Supporters meeting to learn about the FINAL STAGES of the PLAN, find out ‘WHAT’S NEXT’ and how you can MAKE A DIFFERENCE by holding the City accountable.

We will also provide suggested prototype paragraphs so that you may either speak at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting or email in advance to the commissioners.

IMPORTANT DATES - LOOK FOR RGM EMAILS

  • Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) is expected to be made public

• Tuesday, October 29th, Planning Commission meeting (in person): SAVE THE DATE! 

  • The environmental documents, project entitlements, and land use permits are expected to be presented for recommendation to the City Council

• Monday, November 18th, City Council meeting (in person): SAVE THE DATE! 

  • Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) final approval meeting and final approval on the Northgate Town Square development
