Dear RGM Supporters, On September 14, 2021 (time TBD) please plan to attend a joint session of the City of San Rafael Design Review Board and the Planning Commission as the City starts the process to determine the FUTURE OF NORTHGATE. The City has contracted with a team of consultants to assist with the project management and design review for Northgate. Many of you attended community meetings and submitted comments which are being reviewed and considered as the process moves forward between the City and the developer. Changes to the project are anticipated in response to your comments. TOGETHER WE MADE A DIFFERENCE!
