ATTEND IN-PERSON PLANNING COMMISSION STUDY SESSION TO DISCUSS THE NORTHGATE TOWN SQUARE REDEVELOPMENT

Dear RGM Supporters,

The San Rafael Planning Commission will hold an important study session to discuss the redevelopment of the existing Northgate Mall into a new, phased mixed-use, density bonus development.

This session is designed to update the public and Planning Commission on the latest developments and  recent changes regarding the Northgate project. Both city staff and the project developer, Merlone Geier, will be present to deliver detailed updated presentations and address any questions or comments from the community.

A consultant hired by the City will be responding and commenting on the 200+ public comments/letters that the community submitted months ago regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Report.

The Final Environmental Impact Report is expected to be released by the end of October.

Please note, no decision will be made at this meeting.
